Write to us at hello@lifemaps.ai. A person reads every message and replies, usually within two business days.

It helps to tell us

• what you were trying to do;
• the email address you use for LifeMaps, if you have one;
• what kind of phone, tablet or computer you're using.

Please don't send passwords, account numbers or health details. We'll never ask for them.

Common requests

• Your invite: If you've requested an invite, you don't need to do anything else. We'll email you when it's ready.
• Can't sign in: Go to the sign-in page and send yourself a new link. Each link works once, for one hour. If it still doesn't work, write to us.
• A copy of your data, or deleting it: Write to us from the address you use for LifeMaps, and say what you'd like. Families can also download everything themselves from Family › Download everything.
• Found a story tag: Scan it again. If the story isn't shared with you, tap Ask for access. We can't share a family's details.
• Reporting a security problem: Write to hello@lifemaps.ai with “Security” in the subject. We'll reply quickly and keep it private.
